Duckworth Properties is a local and independently owned business that proudly serves The Golden Isles. LeAnn Duckworth began Duckworth Properties in 2005 with a Brokers license and a dream. Since then, she has worked her way up to the the number 1 Transactions agent  in the Golden Isles. LeAnn has always been a very driven and dedicated woman drawn to success and this is something that she instills in her business and seeks in her real estate agents.

With about 15 agents and staff working for Duckworth Properties, we are a small but mighty driving force.
